Dillon R. Turman, an enrolled citizen of the Cherokee Nation, is a seasoned professional with a proven record of advancing legal, regulatory, and policy strategies across government, industry, and nonprofit sectors. With deep expertise in stakeholder engagement, compliance, and strategic governance, Dillon has led initiatives that center equity, environmental justice, and culturally informed development—particularly at the intersection of infrastructure, energy, and Indigenous rights.

Over the course of his career, Dillon has collaborated with more than 50 Tribal Nations and advised on multi-billion-dollar energy projects, shaping co-stewardship measures, institutional policies, and consultation frameworks that have influenced international standards. He has been instrumental in translating complex legal obligations into operational strategies that drive trust, sustainability, and cross-sector alignment.
